Chat Filters

I often find myself wading in text and conversation that has nothing to do with me or where i am, i was thinking if possible wouldn't it be a good idea to be able to turn on a chat filter, for example if you are in B block, and only want to hear what people are saying in B block you could do so, or if you wanted to hear everybody apart from people in C block, you could.

You could also add the option to filter out the death messages as they tend to fill up the chat space quite a lot, as well as having the option to add a player to a form of ignore list, so that you can filter out a certain persons text entirely (I know there are some extremely annoying people out there).

I suggested this due to the fact that i find it hard to hold a conversation with somebody, i cant see their writing because it whizzes of the screen too fast sometimes, and i find it hard to locate text that i actually want to read, and by the time i do its usually too late to read it all. This might just be me but i would find it very helpful for this to be added, I'm not sure how hard this would be to implement, hopefully not too hard as i think it would be a good addition.

Of course, Mods, Guards and Wardens would be an exception to the filtering.

Another note, I'm not sure if Im blind but i couldn't locate a warp to the BlackMarket in B block, if that's the case, wouldn't it be a good idea to have one in the bank or maybe the shop?
